What to Bring

Base Layer: Start with a moisture-wicking base layer that keeps sweat away from your skin. Synthetic materials or merino wool are ideal for maintaining body warmth without retaining moisture.

Mid Layer: Add an insulating mid-layer, such as a fleece, to trap heat. This layer is especially important for kayaking.

Outer Layer: Bring a waterproof and windproof outer layer, like a lightweight jacket. This layer protects against wind chill and keeps you dry during breaks between activities.

Footwear: Sturdy water shoes or neoprene booties are recommended. They provide grip on wet surfaces and protect your feet from sharp rocks or cold water.

Wetsuits: While you can bring your own, Eco Atlantic Adventures provides wetsuits for all participants.
